Palmer Capital’s centralised framework provides Harlex Property with financial & legal expertise, assistance with structuring deals, sourcing finance and advising with negotiations and management matters in return for a minority shareholding in Harlex Property. Palmer Capital, in turn sources capital either from its institutional funds or segregated account relationships from around the world thereby offering a wide variety of funding sources.
James has over twenty year’s property development experience across all asset classes. At the beginning of his career he worked in the development and asset management sectors with CLS Holdings in London. Before establishing Harlex Property, James developed a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the property market in the North West as Development Director with Kier Property and prior to that Argent Estates. He has managed the acquisition and delivery of a range of high profile development projects across the region.
