PCP is rolling out its Venture Capital business model, carefully investing in start-up and early-stage property businesses in each economic region. This combination of existing expertise and nurtured entrepreneurial potential provides a uniquely informed access to the less transparent markets and will further mitigate specific risks for investors in Germany, the UK and across Europe seeking cross-border opportunities and market penetration.

PCP’s first European funds are scheduled for launch in 2008 with investment due to commence before the end of the year.
