PCP continues to look to grow its business both through backing new property companies in the UK and across Continental Europe, as well as by launching funds to provide investors with higher returning real estate assets.

PCP’s planned fund launches include an agricultural fund, to acquire agricultural land across Europe, a fund to exploit in the UK’s prospective property recovery, and the first UK Green Development Fund.

PCP continues to back property companies, and in particular is looking to back companies in the North West of England, Scotland, Germany and France.
